Most hardware devices purchased from our website come with our 30-day limited warranty from the time of delivery. You may contact the manufactures after-sales service for the remaining warranty period. The defective item will be required to be shipped back for inspection.

Damage from misuse or abuse is not covered. Atomizers, coils, cartridges, chargers, glass bubblers and other accessories are not covered under warranty. Coils and atomizers are not included in this warranty as they are considered a consumable item, and their lifespan will vary based on how they are used and handled. Glass bubblers are required to be inspected for cracks or damage once received. Once a glass bubbler has been used, it will not qualify for replacement.
