We ship all orders free within the United States. Sorry we do not ship Internationally at the moment.
We ship all orders out same day if ordered before 12 noon PT Monday - Friday. If orders are placed on Friday after the same day shipping cut off time, they will be shipped out Monday morning.
Once Optimal Vapors has handed the package over to USPS, it is now their responsibility. We do not guarantee transit times, if you are experiencing issues with your package in transit, please contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777.
In the event your package has been lost, please file a claim through USPS by calling 1-800-275-8777. A package USPS has marked delivered with the correct shipping address on file will not qualify for reimbursement.
In the event your package has NOT been scanned delivered and there has been no tracking updates for 4 weeks, we will give the option of reshipping the same items or a full refund.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Buyer is responsible for any return shipping cost for returned items. We'll only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All clearance and on-sale items are final sale and are not returnable. Added priority shipping costs are non-refundable. There are no returns on opened and used items period. If an item is returned due to being defective and is in working condition when we receive it, it will be shipped back, and the buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
No used product should be shipped back without specific authorization. We will destroy any used item containing any residue which is returned without authorization. No compensation will be provided for products we are forced to destroy due to unknown residues.
